If you had high-quality paint protection film professionally installed, the chances of damaging original equipment manufactured (OEM) paint is minimal. If, however, you have had any aftermarket paint modifications done or your PPF was not professionally installed, the integrity of the film and paint beneath it cannot accurately be verified and may result in some damage during PPF removal.
