Did a great job on my car, the staff was polite and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately 3 weeks after getting my tint, it started peeling at the window gasket. The staff did not hesitate to immediately replace the tint at no cost to me. Would recommend to anyone!

“The San Leandro location tinted all my windows on my Jeep Wrangler. Within a month the tinting cracked around my rear window supports. I went back on a warranty claim and they redid the tinting again without any hassles. The technician apologized and told me they would honor their warranty if I had any more issues with the tinting. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to keep fixing anyother issues I might have with their installation”

“I had 4 of my cars previously done by Jet black tint but at the Walnut Creek location. This location is nothing different. I am never disappointed. The moment you walk into to the moment you walk out, its a pleasant experience. You can really appreciate a business when they actually treat you like someone they know instead of someone they’re trying to sell to. I will always use Jetblack tint. O0o0o plus free cup and mask.
